Rev. Richard LaRocco is an Evidential Intuitive Medium. Richard is a heart centered person that brings forth the essence of Spirit in his messages allowing a conversation of healing with your loved ones. Andrea Cain founded Releaf in 2012. She received her massage therapy certification from HACC in 2010. Prior to massage therapy, Andrea received a B.A. in Psychology at Coastal Carolina University and completed first track of Master’s Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.
Andrea’s initial inspiration for massage therapy developed after an auto accident in which therapeutic massage was a key factor to her recovery. Her experience enhanced her passion of health, as well as helping others.
Her educational background and experience continually help her develop individualized treatments unique to client’s needs, from neuromusucular therapy to rehabilitative massage. She is PA licensed and a certified member of ABMP.
Andrea developed Releaf into a successful practice that aims to provide clients with natural relief from pain caused by injury and/or everyday stressors.
Over the years Andrea continued to see first hand that our physical bodies were being affected by emotions and stored trauma. The correlation of mind, body, and spirit could no longer be ignored and Andrea started to develop her own approaches to balancing these factors, as well as studied with many mentors to develop energy practices, sound therapy, light language, and intuitive work, which eventually evolved into “Aligned Alchemy”.

Karen graduated from State University College at Brockport, NY (upstate) with a BS in Recreation Therapy. She co-worked with a staff of 11 with the elderly in a 500 bed combined living complex, then moved on to being a stay at home mom of 3 children who are now adults.
Karen decided to go back to school at the Baltimore School of Massage in 2017. Her experience most recently was working at a Chiropractor office. Massage is so beneficial before an adjustment! Many of her clients worked in manufacturing, with repetitive motion injuries, other work injuries, pre and post operative surgeries for hip and knee replacements and people that had been in car accidents with severe neck and back tension.
Karen enjoys educating clients about how to stay healthy with simple exercises and being your own health advocate. Unfortunately, stress has become too much a part of our daily life. She also enjoys working with people being their best self.
Karen became a Master Reiki Practitioner in 2014 and have worked with Law Enforcement and Veterans with PTSD to reduce stress. She also volunteered with patients in Hospice care and work with our beloved pets who are in pain.

When life gives me trouble, I turn to joyful movement, radical rest, the arts, nature, friends, family, trusted health providers, nourishing food and, of course, massage therapy.

After years of receiving massages in my mid to late twenties, I decided that I'd like to share the benefits that the various modalities have for every system in our body - by becoming a practitioner myself. When my kids went to school, so did I.

Evan Kleinhaus grew up in Lancaster City being a multi-sport athlete and knowing a good bit about the human body from the sports he played. An avid runner, Evan was on his high school and college Cross Country/Track and Field teams.
Evan received a BA in Global Geography at Millersville University. During that time he also coached Cross Country, Track and Swimming at McCaskey High School. Evan decided to go back to school for Sport Massage Therapy in order to become a better coach and give the students an edge in recovery. He graduated in 2011 from Lancaster School of Massage. He then continued his education and received a personal training certificate. This provided Evan with a balance between the two professions of massage therapy and personal training, giving him an advantage to help clients achieve their goals.
Massage Therapy has elevated him to a higher level of body awareness and how the body functions. Evan focuses primarily on sport massage, working road races, marathons (some with a full Medical Triage), bike races and has worked his way onto the USA Weightlifting Sport Medical Team. He is constantly learning new perspectives about the human body and what it is able to accomplish.

The easiest way to regulate the vagus nerve is by deep, slow, diaphragmatic breathing.
In stressful situations, or whenever looking to slow heart rate, lower blood pressure, etc....consciously slow down your breathing.

Finally, EXTEND your EXHALE.

Abu Simbel Sun Festival ☀️
Abu Simbel are 2 massive rock cut temples located on the western bank of Laker Nasser.
Twice a year for 20 min the sun aligns perfectly to illuminate the inner corridor of the great temple and crown the statues along the posterior wall.
Similar to Stone Henge at Midsummer.
To be able to witness such an event from INSIDE the temple, while the sun was rising felt nothing short of a miracle.
Every single person who was there at this moment served a very important role. We were called back together, knowingly or not.
Some day I may expand on this, but for now I am still integrating the magnitude of our work.

Electromagnetic fields are invisible waves of energy. A specific frequency that targets key tissue types to relieve pain at its source and speed the body's natural recovery at a cellular level.
